Leasing Details
The Lodge of Ashworth has a security deposit for the one bedroom suites of $1,500.00 and the two-bedroom suites is a $2,100.00 deposit. Leasing requires a twelve-month contract. After twelve months the agreement will continue to a month to month lease. First and last month’s lease payment is due upon signing of the lease. If you have a second occupant add $400.00.
